  • What are the breathing sounds when jumping?

When jumping, the breathing sounds typically consist of quick, short breaths or gasps as the body exerts energy to propel itself off the ground. These breaths may be more audible and rapid compared to normal breathing, as the body works to supply oxygen to the muscles during the physical activity of jumping. Additionally, the intensity of the breathing sounds may vary depending on the individual's level of exertion and fitness.

  • "Belly breathing or chest breathing?"

Belly breathing is generally recommended over chest breathing because it allows for deeper, more efficient breathing. When you breathe into your belly, your diaphragm contracts and moves downward, allowing your lungs to fully expand and take in more oxygen. This type of breathing can help reduce stress and anxiety, as well as improve overall lung function. Chest breathing, on the other hand, is more shallow and can contribute to feelings of tension and anxiety. Therefore, practicing belly breathing can be beneficial for both physical and mental well-being.
